Administrator Assistant
Administrative Assistant for a small but fast paced office environment. Looking for a self-starter who is capable of functioning in a broad range of administrative support functions. Individual must have strong communication, organization and computer skills. Responsibilities will include telephone support, and internet research.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, QuickBooks and the Internet a must.
Ideal candidate must have a pleasant, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to multi-task effectively.
Job duties include:
- Answering 3 line phone system
- Tracking orders and following up with customer orders
- Assisting in invoicing
- Ordering supplies
- Filing UPS claims
- Special projects when required
Requirements:
- Available to work 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Team player with the ability to work with little or no supervision
- Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive calm composure.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Prioritize tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion
- Excellent use of English language including grammar, oral and written
communications
